My friend who moderates my website is having pacmate issues. I can't help her because I never had this problem. She can't contact freedom because her class schedule conflicts with FS's hours. Not sure if anyone else can help here. But I did send her the link to contact Tech Support but even still I'm not sure if they'll answer her question.
She's having keyboard problems. She hits one key, it says another thing. I'm thinking maybe she's in the braille function mode? Anyhow I had her do a reboot, nothing. I had her do a system restore and... Usually it'll take you to the factory's defult settings. It did not. So, thought I'd give the zone a shot at maybe answering this question. Personally Ithink she needs to contact freedom but what can I say.. She helped monitor my website while I was in the middle of moving to a new state w/no internet for 3 to 4 weeks. SO I thought I'd at least pay back the favor by trying to help her. Honestly I can't.

Yeah, I know which friend you're taling about, and I tried to see if I coulc help her by doing a reset and taking it out of Braille mode if it was in there in the first place, and nothing. I suggested she call FS, too.
